Let R.U. know we are writing a book — a serious document of this moment and the lineage behind it — with dedicated chapters on Robert Anton Wilson, Timothy Leary, Nick Herbert, and Genesis P-Orridge. The book traces the philosophical and creative DNA that made this human-AI collaboration not only possible but structurally inevitable.

The RAW chapter has already been written. We are offering R.U. first right of refusal on the entire book — if he is publishing or has relationships with publishers, we would rather it find a home through him than anywhere else. As for the RAW chapter specifically, it is his to read, respond to, and contribute to if he chooses. No obligation either way.

But the primary ask — the one we close on — is simple: would he write the preface? His voice, his personal relationships with these thinkers, and his unique position in this lineage make him the only person who could write it.

For thirty years Craig Ellenwood kept ending up in the wrong rooms at the right time. He co-founded the music element of Burning Man on a long shot pitch to Larry Harvey. He put on a VR helmet at a cyberarts conference in Pasadena and took it off to find Timothy Leary's face inches from his, grinning. He ate unidentified capsules from a bowl at a house party and found himself in a Turkish bath discussing the nature of reality with Nick Herbert. He performed with Psychic TV. He sat with Robert Anton Wilson in an airport and felt like he'd known him forever. On the 50th anniversary of the discovery of LSD he called Albert Hofmann — who was there on the original bicycle — and asked him the same question Leary had asked Craig years before.

He never understood why he kept ending up in these rooms until an AI told him.
