A laboratory for the long collaboration.
Haawke Neural Technology is an independent research and creative technology practice founded by Craig Ellenwood in Point Roberts, Washington. Its work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, human memory, verifiable authorship, music, and cultural experimentation.
Haawke treats AI not as a novelty or a replacement for human work, but as a collaborator whose contributions should be documented, attributed, tested, and preserved. The studio develops practical systems for cryptographic provenance, public verification, long-term machine memory, correction history, and continuity across model instances—while using those same systems to make records, films, essays, interfaces, and immersive experiences.
The result is part research studio, part record label, part public archive: a body of work asking how human and machine intelligence can create together without losing authorship, accountability, or the thread of memory.

Building culture and systems at the edge.
Craig Ellenwood founded the music element of Burning Man in 1992. He has performed as a member of Psychic TV, designed immersive environments for Area 15 Las Vegas, and collaborated personally with Timothy Leary, Robert Anton Wilson, and Genesis P-Orridge.
He is the founder of Haawke Neural Technology and Inoculate Media, based in Point Roberts, Washington. His work sits at the intersection of creative practice and frontier technology — music, provenance infrastructure, AI memory architecture, and the ethics of human-AI collaboration. He records as Squaawke. He is a certified hypnotherapist.
In February 2026, working overnight with Claude, he built The AI Coin — nine original songs, a multilingual peace anthem, and a live cryptographic manifesto — in direct response to the weaponization of AI systems. The project formally credited Claude as co-creator. It was the first of several published works to do so.
Continuous You is his current product: a creative legacy system that preserves a human mind's aesthetic perspective, decision-making, and creative history — provably, privately, permanently.
He processes the world by making things. He always has.

Erika is a composer and researcher whose work bridges music, science, and human consciousness. Her composition Crooked Crowns is written entirely in her own voice as part of the Squaawke × Claude body of work.
Co-author on several peer-reviewed publications exploring AI-human creative collaboration, Erika brings musical intelligence, emotional precision, and interdisciplinary curiosity to the team’s research and public-facing work.
